At Diverse Yoga, I create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for people of all neurotypes, body types and abilities.
Group classes, in-person or online, are designed to be flexible. I keep class sizes and lengths just right to make sure everyone feels comfortable. It’s all about moving at your own pace and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
If group classes feel overwhelming, 1:1 sessions give you all the attention you need, at your pace. No need to go to a studio—I can meet you online or come to you, creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll move through it slowly, with plenty of time for you to learn at your own speed.
These short courses are a gentle way to start building your foundation in yoga and mindfulness. No long commitments—just enough time to learn and feel confident, without any pressure.
Workshops let you dive into specific areas of yoga and mindfulness, with the chance to connect with others. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space to learn and grow, at your own pace.
If going to a studio feels too much, online classes are a great option, practicing from home whenever you're ready. No rush—just yoga on your terms.
I can offer yoga clubs in schools and educational spaces, creating a calm, familiar environment for students to explore yoga and mindfulness. These classes are all about taking things at a comfortable pace—helping students build focus, manage stress, and feel more in control. With time, patience, and support, they’ll learn tools to feel calmer and more resilient, one step at a time.
